Replacement Over Returns:
We do not accept item returns for refunds. Instead, we offer replacements to ensure you get exactly what you need.
Eligibility for Replacements:
Items must be in their original condition, unused, and accompanied by the original receipt as proof of purchase.
Replacements must be requested within 1-3 days of the purchase date.
Bible Size Adjustments:
If you’ve purchased a Bible and wish to exchange it for a smaller or larger size, you can do so.
If the new Bible costs more than your original purchase, you’ll only need to pay the difference. If the new Bible costs less, we will not issue a cash refund but can provide a store credit for future use.
Exclusions:
Personalized, custom or engraved items cannot be replaced unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for replacement.
How to Request a Replacement:
Visit our store with the item and receipt, and our team will assist you in finding the perfect replacement.
